This award has been created to recognise and encourage groups, organisations or charities, or those that have never been previously nominated for a High Sheriff Award to apply.

The group should be able to show the impact, value and sustainability of the work on the communities they serve and/or their individual beneficiaries. They must show how resourceful they have been, making the most of opportunities, adapting their services and expanding their reach (especially during Covid) and how they have implemented plans showing the difference the organisation has made to improving the lives of others less fortunate.

The award consists of a trophy, certificate and a cash award.

The deadline for nominations is 17th January 2022.
