1,000 complimentary concert tickets
As a highlight of a nation tour, the UK’s largest 80’s Retro Festival, Let’s Rock are bringing this star studded spectacular to Suffolk for the first time as the finale community celebration for The Festival of Suffolk (FOS).
Working in Partnership with FOS, Suffolk Agricultural Association and Suffolk Community Foundation, Let’s Rock have kindly donated 1000 tickets to be distributed to 70 voluntary sector organisations across Suffolk. These tickets are to be distributed to organisations who are in a position to support Suffolk people who would perhaps not otherwise be able to attend.
In particular, this programme would like to encourage those organisations that have been involved in the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee/Festival of Suffolk events, working with communities with particular focus on young people, health and wellbeing, isolation, community cohesion or in geographical areas of particular deprivation to apply.
Over 21 UK No1 Chart hits will be performed at this all day festival at Trinity Park just outside Ipswich.
80’s legends Adam Ant and OMD who will be headlining with Suffolk’s own original ‘King of Pop’ Nick Kershaw and a who’s who line up of 80’s superstars including Howard Jones, Heaven 17, Go West, Heather Small, Toyah, Sonia, Living In A Box, Pete Wylie, Tenpole Tudor, The Art of What?, Sydney Youngblood, Gibson Brothers, Sonique and Urban Cookie Collective.
