Catch22’s Mediation Service works with Police, Councils and Housing Associations across the county, to provide community mediation and one-to-one conflict resolution, helping to resolve neighbourhood disputes in practical, long-lasting ways. Volunteers at this organisation work creatively to get the best possible results under what are often complex, entrenched and difficult circumstances whilst reducing demand on our public services.  They help people deal with issues with their neighbours encouraging them to build resilience, better manage the effects of the issue or just provide a listening ear.
